Managing your Menopause with Menopause Yoga

In this 3 hour Menopause Yoga session you will:

⭐️ Gain understanding of the peri menopause, menopause and post menopause stages

⭐️ Be in a safe environment to express concerns. To learn and understand what is   happening to our bodies and mind

⭐️ Know why symptoms develop and discover positive strategies to reduce their effect

⭐️ Be enlightened and empowered to support ourselves through this journey with a positive outlook

⭐️ Guided yoga practice, breathing techniques and meditation. Targeting specific symptoms

⭐️ Nutritionist to show which foods and drinks will exacerbate symptoms and which will help

Our ethos is to educate, embrace and empower women towards a more manageable menopause.

There are 3 monthly sessions;

Dates: November 26th, December 3rd, January 21st

Times : 2-5pm

Location: Sawston Yoga

You can attend individual classes (£35) or book all three (£90)

Each session there will be different yoga sequence to help with common symptoms.
