Begin your journey into the gentle and powerful world of Reiki. This foundational level focuses on self-healing and learning how to share Reiki with friends and family. During the day you will: • Receive Reiki attunements • Learn the history and principles of Reiki • Explore hand positions and chakra basics • Experience guided meditation and Reiki practice • Receive your Reiki Level 1 certification
