Welcome to our Ceremony of the Heart Breathwork Workshop, where we embark on a transformative journey centered around the power of the heart. We will explore the magnetic field of the heart and the resonance it creates in our lives through heart connecting exercises. Meditation with rose tea, Rose helps relieve tension, stress, calming, uplifts the mind and spirit and softens our heart. The conscious connected breath will allow you to go on deep inward journey, creating a deeper connection with ourselves and others. Tapping into our our hearts wisdom and messages. Celebrating our resilience opening us up to heal and embrace the transformative power of love and compassion, gratitude, kindness, forgiveness and sincerity. We will finish with either writing a letter , journaling or drawing , as we integrate our experience. The benefits of this workshop are immense. This self healing and self help practice has so many health benefits, detoxifying, strengthening the immune system, and harmonising our nervous system. Allowing blocked physical and emotional energy to be released. Our breath in this practice will be focusing on the heart through its physical connection with the pericardium to the diaphragm and therefore breathing, our consciousness ‘Shen” stored in the heart and the heart chakra said to be the bridge between the physical - lower chakras and spiritual - those above. Our heart also is our biggest magnetic field extending to 6ft around us, so breathing as group we will tap into this amazing energy. Breathwork is not recommended if you have the following due to the breath style being very activating breath.
