This is for an individual Menopause Yoga class.

These 3 hour sessions will focus on asanas, pranayama ,meditation and mindfulness to help alleviate the different symptoms caused by menopause. Nutritionalist Clare Grundel from Integral Health will show us which foods will support our bodies. We also delve into the meaning of menopause and the physical and physiological affects on the body and mind. As well as information on what HRT and natural remedies are available.
If you need to cancel your class please do so online 4 hour before the start of the class. Unfortunately if you do not cancel you will be charged for the class.
